Change is Calling! 
Are you going to answer or send it to voicemail? 

You know the feeling; you are restless, fidgety, and awake at 1:00 am.  

YOU KNOW THERE IS MORE! 

But what? What am I supposed to do?

OMG, why am I asking all these questions? I have everything. I have a beautiful home, husband, kids, job, etc… I should be happy.

Your higher Self is calling you to Step into Your Authentic Power. And here is the thing, if you don’t answer, it will keep showing up in other ways. 

You will see signs, hear voices, have dreams, or you will manifest the physical symptoms in your body. 

YES, YOUR BODY WILL SPEAK TO YOU!

Recently, my body started giving me little signs and symptoms which I promptly ignored until they became unbearable. Lo and behold, it was indeed all about some limiting beliefs I was carrying in my body. 

After a long chat with a trusted spiritual director, I took action. 

I dug out my Louise Hay book and looked up arm and elbow. “The arm is about ability and capacity to embrace the experience of life. The upper arms have to do with capacity and the lower arms have to do with abilities. We store old emotions in our joints, and the elbows represent our flexibility in changing directions.” (“You can Heal your Life”  by Louise Hay)

Well-armed with new information, I reflected on my limiting beliefs and discovered that was the problem. Now with that awareness, I can change that belief by writing a new story and affirming “I lovingly hold and embrace my experiences with ease and with joy” ~ Louise Hay.

The beautiful thing about the body is that it responds immediately. I slept like a baby that night pain-free! 

It is the law at work. You know, The Law of Attraction.
You get what you focus on whether you want it or not.
Ask and it is given every single time. Here is the secret: it is only given when YOU are ready to receive. 
 

CHANGE IS CALLING!
