So the world ended, now what? Are you ready to move in the direction to create a new world? Are you ready to get in tune with WHO you really are? And, get clear on WHAT you really want?

Last week there was an article that went viral. “Prepare for the Ultimate Gaslighting”
https://forge.medium.com/prepare-for-the-ultimate-gaslighting-6a8ce3f0a0e0.
The brief summary is that the we are about to get snowed into believing this whole pandemic did not happen. We will be brainwashed by mass marketing to make us feel better.
“The Great American Return to Normal is coming. From one citizen to another, I beg of you: take a deep breath, ignore the deafening noise, and think deeply about what you want to put back into your life. This is our chance to define a new version of normal, a rare and truly sacred (yes, sacred) opportunity to get rid of the bullshit and to only bring back what works for us, what makes our lives richer, what makes our kids happier, what makes us truly proud. We get to Marie Kondo the shit out of it all.” YES, we get to make some awesome changes. The question is, will we? We get to Marie Kondo our lives!
I believe this is our great opportunity to create a brand new reality. One that is awesome. What if you really got clear on your vision and started taking steps toward it? Therefore, if I want a solution to a problem, I need to expand my consciousness. Rather than staying stuck in the muck of the material reality, I have to raise my vibration. I have to surrender and know something greater is available. There is a universal energy that is available just for the asking.
Wayne Dyer wrote a book in 2009, “There is a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem”, that not only opened my eyes, but my heart. Dr. Dyer says “whatever solution you seek for whatever problem you may have is available to you in this moment. God is omnisciently ready, omnipresently willing, and omnipotently able to help anyone out of any jam.”
When you truly surrender, you can have what you want ~ health, wealth, and true love! What? Let that really sink in. Yes, pause for a minute and let’s revisit some other potential ideas for a new world from Julio Vincent Gambuto who wrote to article “Prepare for the Ultimate Gaslighting.”

“We can do that on a personal scale in our homes, in how we choose to spend our family time on nights and weekends, what we watch, what we listen to, what we eat, and what we choose to spend our dollars on and where. We can do it locally in our communities, in what organizations we support, what truths we tell, and what events we attend. And we can do it nationally in our government, in which leaders we vote in and to whom we give power. If we want cleaner air, we can make it happen. If we want to protect our doctors and nurses from the next virus — and protect all Americans — we can make it happen.
“If we want our neighbors and friends to earn a dignified income, we can make that happen. If we want millions of kids to be able to eat if suddenly their school is closed, we can make that happen. And, yes, if we just want to live a simpler life, we can make that happen, too. But only if we resist the massive gaslighting that is about to come. It’s on its way. Look out.”
Consider one change you’ve had to make during this time that you actually enjoy. Maybe it is increased family time or your new exercise habit you are developing. I have met new neighbors and fully intend to continue to nurture those relationships. I have found local farmers to purchase my produce and will continue to support local businesses.
My energy is calibrating to a different tune. I am focused on well-being, peace, compassion, abundance and love. I am tapped in and turned on as Abraham Hicks refers to often. I am focused on feeling good and knowing something greater for our new world. Faith over Fear! I am eager to see what is coming next! What do you want to change in your life.
Big Changes start by taking Small Steps. I am constantly trying to become just a little better each day. You know the 1% rule ~ It is human nature to believe that it takes massive action to create massive change. Actually exactly the opposite is true. Taking tiny steps daily leads to growth that overtime makes all the difference.
James Clear is an amazing researcher and author of Atomic Habits which is a book I highly recommend. I have been using his anecdotes and graphs for years in my teaching and coaching. Here is a an exert from one of his articles:
“Improving by 1 percent isn’t particularly notable—sometimes it isn’t even noticeable—but it can be far more meaningful, especially in the long run. The difference a tiny improvement can make over time is astounding.
Here’s how the math works out: if you can get 1 percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done. Conversely, if you get 1 percent worse each day for one year, you’ll decline nearly down to zero. What starts as a small win or a minor setback accumulates into something much more.”

“You do not think yourself into a new way of living,
you live yourself into a new way of thinking.”
Richard Rohr
How do you want to live your life? This is a great time to do a values assessment. What is really important to you? Why? Get clear on the WHY! Create a list of the top priorities and then assess how you nurture those values daily. It is a great exercise to reevaluate your life. What was important in the (BC) morning of our lives is no longer relevant in the (AC) afternoon (i.e. BC, Before Covid; and AC, After Covid).
I am inviting you to become the great lover of a new beautiful life that you create. A life that you appreciate and start making choices that support a local and global community that is filled with joy, peace, connection, and compassion. I am excited and filled with hope to see what and how we will rebirth ourselves.
Namaste,
Jen
