
This summer has been a challenging one for me. Today is actually the first day since June 1 I have had full clarity without a little foggy brain. I could not figure it out. I eat super clean, exercise, meditate, and do all the things…I really try to walk the talk. And still I had a cloud in my head.
Then it hit me today: STRESS!
Yes. Stress shows up in mysterious ways.
Insomnia Body pains
Migraines IBS
Thyroid Imbalance/Weight gain/loss
Foggy Brain/Simply not being able to focus on task
Well of course I see it all now. I have clarity about it and know exactly what to do. Hindsight is 20/20 right!

Top 3 Mistakes I Made
Stopped listening to my intuition.
Spent too much time caring for everyone else.
Took on too many projects
Earlier this summer some things happened that I knew were just off. My gut told me to pay attention. It was hard to look at it; much easier to avoid and not listen. The messages kept coming in different forms, and I kept looking away. The gnawing feeling will wear you down. Finally, I faced the facts and dealt with the issue. Took action and have a solid plan.
WHEW that cleared up a lot of energy.
Spending all your energy caregiving is exhausting. If you are a mom, dad, dog owner, etc… anyone who gives to another person, be mindful of how you are caring for your-SELF first.
Avoid saying yes to every great opportunity that comes your way.
When we say yes to one thing, we are always saying NO to something or someone.
Anyhoo these are common-sense tips I forgot this summer. That whole human gig ate me up, so forgot who I really was — “A Spiritual Being having a Temporary Human Experience!”
