
Are you a Goal Junkie?

I am!
I am constantly setting new goals and working on some BHAG — big hairy audacious goal — that is driving my behaviors.
Here is the thing, big goals require big change. And, guess what: CHANGE CAN BE HARD!
We all want things to be better. “If only I had… my life would be better.”
Can you name that one thing that would make your life less frustrating?

Do you know what makes you feel alive and powerful? What if I gave you a magic wand and you had 3 wishes. Name them. Be honest with yourself.

So what one small shift can you make today to build a better habit?
For example, can you commit to 7-10 minutes? Come on! You can do it. Here are 3 tips to shift into better habits that lead to results —

5-7 minutes of meditation shifts your energy into the present moment

10 minutes of walking helps you feel grounded + bonus points if you are barefoot

2 minutes of deep breathing settles your nervous system
Try one of these activities for 7 days and let me know just what results you get. Remember one of my favorite mantras is You can have reasons or results but not both!
